Snails don't like copper at all. It reacts with their mucous membrane and naturally repels them. This makes our copper tape the ideal way to repel these little buggers without using nasty chemicals.
The snail barrier can be attached to planters and raised beds. It is important that the earth is in a closed container. It can also be used in the greenhouse if there is a base plate, otherwise the snails will come through the ground.
Also, please make sure that you fill the pots/raised beds with fresh soil. Soil from the previous year without slug protection could already contain slug eggs.
