Shipping policy

COUNTRIES SHIPPING TO:

We ship to all countries except Iran, Syria and North Korea.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically at check-out and depend on the region and weight. The statutory value added tax is included in the shipping costs.

Goods that exceed the standard dimensions of 120 x 60 x 60 cm may not be able to be ordered online in some regions. We will gladly provide you with an individualized offer.

SPECIAL NOTES ON SHIPPING ABROAD:

For deliveries abroad, duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price shown.

 

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 3-5 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 4-6 days after the conclusion of the contract.

Please note that delivery on Sundays and public holidays may not be possible in some shipping zones.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
